According to alleged court documents obtained by TMZhe was arrested in Maryland for sex trafficking and is extradited to Las Vegas.

Who is Kevin Barnes?
Kevin Barnes, better known by his stage name Chopper or Chopper Young City, is a rapper from New Orleans, Louisiana.
He is best known for having been part of the American hip hop group Da Band formed by P Diddy.
Da Band was signed to Diddy’s label Bad Boy Records and rose to fame on the MTV reality show Make group 2.
As of 2022, the group is no longer together and Chopper is a solo rapper signed to his own label.
He rose to fame on Making the Band 2
Make group 2 was a reality show that aired on MTV from 2002 to 2004.
On the show, P. Diddy searched America for musicians to join his new hip-hop group Da Band.
The first edition of Make the group began in 2000 and ended in 2002, centering on the band O-Town which was formed by the Backstreet Boys and NSYNC founder Lou Pearlman.
In 2002, the reality series returned with Make group 2, with P. Diddy in charge of the formation of Da Band. The rapper then returned to Make group 3 which was about the Danity Kane group.
In July 2019, MTV announced that the show would be revived but after being delayed due to Covid-19 it never appeared to be filmed.

What Chopper is doing now
After Da Band broke up in 2004, Chopper signed to Diddy’s Bad Boy South label as a solo artist, but he never released an album.
He then created his own label, MOE (Money Over Everything) and began releasing music under the name Chopper Young City.
He released his first album in 2021 titled Raised by wolves which has 12 tracks.
Chopper is also popular on Instagram where he mostly posts memes and quotes and has 340,000 followers.
