Tomorrow October 15th, Metal Blade Records will be released Rugia, Hate’s twelfth album, the Polish blackened death metal.
The album is now streaming ahead of this release. You can detonate it below.
Rugia was recorded at the Hertz Recording Studio in Poland, and it was recorded, mixed and mastered by the WiesÅaski brothers. It all unfolded over about two to three weeks, with longtime collaborator MichaÅ Staczkun providing the ambient elements for the band’s sound.
HATE is also celebrating its 30th anniversary with Rugia. Singer / guitarist ATF Sinner says he’s still so motivated:
âThe fire is still burning! I am proud to have built a group with such strong energy, which has lasted a long time despite many line-up changes and obstacles in our way. We are still here and we create with ever increasing awareness and dedication. Energy speaks through us. Honestly, I think the band is something much bigger and deeper than the individual people who have been in it over a period of time. I believe that we are creating a channel for the energies that are beyond us.

The group had already released two singles: the title track and “Resurgence”.
