PETER Andre has said he is “super proud” of his eldest son Junior as he follows in his footsteps with a career in music.
The Mysterious Girl hitmaker, 49, took to his Instagram page to post a black and white photo of the pair at a hair salon.

Peter, who was wearing a white baseball cap, had his arm around his son, who he shares with ex-wife Katie Price.
In the caption of his image, he sparkled: “What a day today son. Super proud @officialjunior_andre.”
Peter ended his happy post with the hashtags: “#proudpops #slide”.
Junior, 16, was quick to respond, replying, “I love you daddy.”
Earlier this week, the teenager gave the first listen to his debut single.
Fans were quick to share their well wishes, writing, “Nice pic of you two xx.”
Another commented: “You must be so proud Pete he’s a piece of the old block 😍 brilliant song x 👏” Thirdly: “I heard his song it’s really good he did so well. A lovely young man he has become. Xxx❤️”
Junior has been hard at work on his music since completing his GCSEs last year and the time is almost right for his release.
Dad Peter has previously spoken out against those who claimed his eldest only got the deal because of his fame.
This week, Junior proudly mimed and danced as the sweet R&B track blared through the studio.
Both of his parents shared the clip, with singer father Peter writing, “Couldn’t be more proud, son.”
Junior shared some of the fan feedback and it was overwhelmingly positive.
One called it “a good summer tune”.
Another said: “I need this on Spotify ASAP.”
A third wrote: “I already memorized it.
The teenager has been in the studio since signing to the same label as American sensation Lil Nas X last year.
He signed a mega-deal with Columbia Records and credited his pop star father for launching his career.
Aussie Peter has admitted his fears about Junior’s venture into music.
Speaking to Susanna Reid and Ben Shephard on Good Morning Britain, he explained: “It’s a way of life and it’s going to be a lot of work for him and he’s so excited.
“I’m proud but also a bit scared like anyone would be.”
